Are all utilities included?

  • Yes, all utilities are included in your monthly rent. This includes heat, water, electric, garbage, sewer, a/c, and internet

Is the apartment furnished?

  • Yes the apartment is fully furnished and comes with

    • Kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher

    • Living Room: sofa & love seat or sectional sofa, 2 lamps, coffee & end table or set of 3 nesting tables

    • Bedroom: bed per person, dresser per person, night stand, lamp

    • Desks: one desk per bedroom (i.e. 2 bedrooms = 2 desks)

How long does it take to get to campus?

  • Usually a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on where you are going. In addition to walking, Blue & White Loop bus stops are within 1 to 2 blocks of all buildings.

How to pay rent?

  • Rent must be paid online using AppFolio.

Are the buildings secure and locked?

  • All buildings are locked, except The G and require a key to enter them.

Is there a bike room or bike racks?

  • Some buildings (East Side, The Graduate, Lion, Town Square) have bike rooms. You need to register your bike at the rental office to get a key to use the bike room.

How do I get mail and packages?

  • Each apartment has its own mailbox, usually located on the 1st floor of the building. GN Centre is inside Allen St. entrance and Eastside is located inside E. Foster Ave. entrance. Every tenant gets a key to the mailbox.

  • Packages - It is highly recommended that packages be sent with a signature required because depending on the carrier, packages that do not require a signature can be left either outside the apartment door or in the area of the mail boxes. All buildings, except Burrowes Corner have parcel lockers that USPS will put packages in and then a place a key in the apartment mailbox for tenant to retrieve package.

Is parking available?

  • Parking is available for an additional fee and is issued on a first come, first serve basis due to a limited number of spaces being available. If you request parking and it is not available at your building, you could be assigned to one of the other buildings.

What about maintenance?

  • For Routine Maintenance:

    • Please log in to your resident portal to submit a request. If it’s an emergency, please call the office during business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • For Emergency Maintenance:

    • In the case of an emergency, please call (877) 699-1823. This line is accessible 24 hours a day, year round. Please do not use this line to report a non-emergency. Misuse of the Emergency Maintenance Line is a violation of your lease.

Do you assist with finding roommates?

  • Any tenant that is looking for roommates can place an ad on the classified page. All individual inquires are directed to this site.

When does your wait list start?

  • The wait list for apartments usually starts by the end of September. Watch the website and our Facebook page for more information.
