How to Apply for Parking

Thank you for your interest in renting a parking space for the 2025-26 lease term. All current and future residents are eligible to apply for a parking space with GN Associates. Parking is $100/month.

To apply for parking:

  • Complete and submit the Parking Application electronically to info@gnrealty.com.

    • If possible, send both the apartment rental application and parking application together in one submission.

  • Once you have been assigned an apartment, if parking is available, you will be assigned a parking space. Once assigned, a $100 parking deposit will need to be paid within 48 hours.

Parking is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to assign you a parking space at the same property as your apartment, if one is available.
