Park Place is located on a tree-lined street just steps from Beaver Avenue, making it an easy walk to campus, shopping, and downtown State College restaurants. Often called our boutique offering, Park Place is a 5-story building with 41 apartments in a large variety of floorplans, making each unit unique. Park Place can accommodate 2-5 roommates depending on the model selected.
