For generations, The Graduate has been home to Penn State students at the corner of Atherton and Beaver Avenue.  In total, it is home to more than 400 students each year, The Graduate has a bustling social environment and each unit has its own Juliet balcony. All seven floors offer a variety of floorplans to choose from and accommodate 2 – 6 residents.
