The apartments at GN Centre are some of the most coveted apartments in all of downtown State College. These third-floor apartments are located on the corner of iconic Allen Street and Beaver Avenue, above Panera Bread and Penn State Downtown Theatre. Each apartment is accessed by a secure elevator or private stairwell. Vaulted ceilings create an open, modern floorplan in each unit. Four of the interior apartments open to a communal patio area. GN Centre student apartments can accommodate up to six tenants depending on the floorplan.
