Town Square has just 22 student apartments making it a quieter downtown State College lifestyle option. These large, well designed apartments are either one bedroom with one full bathroom, or two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Residents enjoy the open “pass through” kitchen and large walk-in closets. Each Town Square apartment can accommodate up to five tenants.
