“I LOVED living at the Graduate! Best deal to live downtown hands down. The apartment is super nice with rent cheaper than all the new high rises. Granted, I had a really great view from the apartment I had. Would be great for engineering students as it is close to west campus, but I walked or bussed to mine no problem. Great location on west side of downtown! You can walk anywhere in 20 min max. Maintenance was always fast and the staff actually care about YOU! That is not always something you’ll experience with renting. ALSO, don’t even get me started about the COUCHES in that place. While many places put the cheapest couch they can find, The Graduate gives you a really nice comfortable couch. I still dream of that couch.”
