An apartment sublet is for a short time, usually just a single semester. A sublet will only sign a sublet form; they will not pay a deposit and the guarantor will not need to sign.
A new roommate is for the entire lease term. A roommate (and their guarantor) will sign a lease and pay a deposit.
Tenants of GN Associates are free to submit a form for review by GN Associates to post a website ad to find roommates and sublet apartments. GN Associates may not be held responsible in any way for any contact made through this website. Please read the disclaimer below.
