When does my lease end?

When are my keys do?

Keys need to be received no later than 12:00 pm (noon) on Monday, August 11, 2025.

How do I return my keys?

You can return them one of the following ways:
- Drop keys off in-person at our office, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- After 5 pm & on the weekends, place keys in an envelope with your name and apartment number on it & place it in the mail slot to the left of the entrance door.
- Mail your keys in a padded envelope, postmarked no later than August 11, 2025. It is recommended that you send them certified mailed with return receipt. The return receipt will be your proof that keys were received.

When will my security deposit be returned?

Where will my security deposit refund be sent?

Security deposit refunds will be sent to the address on file. If you want your refund sent to a different address, please complete the Change of Address Form and return to the office or email the office with the address. Be sure to include your apartment #.

Who is responsible for cleaning & damage charges?

Do I have to have the carpets professionally cleaned?

Yes, per your lease the carpets need to be professionally cleaned. You can schedule them to be cleaned & turn in a receipt no later than August 11.
If a receipt isn’t turned in, GN Associates will arrange for them to be cleaned.

Here is a cleaning guideline chart for your reference. All areas listed will be part of the inspection.
