KITCHEN APPLIANCES
All GN Associates student apartment kitchens include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and garbage disposal.
FURNISHINGS
Living Room:
Sofa/Loveseat combo or sectional sofa, 2 end tables & coffee table or set of 3 nesting tables, 2 table lamps
1 desk per bedroom (example: 2 bedroom, 2 desks).
Bedroom:
One bed per person (full or twin depending on room configuration), one dresser per person, night stand, table lamp

UTILITIES
Heat, electric, air conditioning, water, sewer, and trash removal are included in the monthly rent.
Internet: All buildings except Eastside have Dojo Internet service included in the monthly rent. East Side Apartments includes Windstream internet service in the monthly rent.
LAUNDRY ROOMS
All GN student apartment buildings come equipped with a coin-operated laundry room.
FIRE SAFETY
All GN student apartments come equipped with a fire extinguisher and building smoke alarms. A sprinkler system is installed in all buildings with the exception of East Side Apartments.
BIKE ROOM
The following buildings are equipped with an indoor bike room: The Lion, Town Square, East Side, The Graduate
STUDY LOUNGE
The Lion & Town Square provide a resident study lounge.
