2027–2028 Rental Season Has Started!

GN Associates is proud to offer our legacy apartments in convenient downtown locations, within walking distance of campus and close to restaurants, shopping, and everything downtown has to offer.
2027–2028 Waiting List
Apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To be added to our waiting list and begin the process of securing an apartment for the 2027–2028 rental season, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select Your Apartment Preferences
Review our properties and select the apartment style(s) that you and your roommates would like to lease.
Step 2: Submit Your Rental Applications
Each person in your group must complete and submit the Rental Application electronically to info@gnrealty.com.
Please include the following information with your submission:
Your top three apartment style choices
The names of all roommates in your group
Whenever possible, please submit all applications for your group in one email submission.
Step 3: Receive Your Waiting List Number
Once GN Associates receives your rental applications, we will send a confirmation email with your waiting list number.
Please save this number. You will need it when contacting our office to inquire about the status of your apartment assignment.
Important: What Happens After You Join the Waiting List?
Congratulations! You have been added to the waiting list. Please carefully review the following information regarding apartment assignments and deadlines.
Apartment Assignments
All apartments will be assigned no later than November 4, 2026.
If you decide not to move forward with leasing an apartment, you may withdraw your application at any time before the deadline.
Your withdrawal must be received in writing no later than 5 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
If You Remain on the Waiting List After November 4
If you remain on the waiting list after 5 PM on November 4, 2026, and one of your selected apartment styles is available, your rental application will be processed.
You will then be required to pay your security deposit online within 48 hours.
At that point, you and your roommates will be legally obligated to lease the apartment assigned to your group for the upcoming rental term.
Express Reservation Opportunity
An Express Reservation may be available if an apartment matching one of your selections becomes available before November 4, 2026.
If an apartment becomes available, GN Associates will contact your group with an offer.
You will have 24 hours to either:
Accept the apartment and move forward with the rental process, or
Decline the offer and remain on the waiting list.
One member of the group may accept the offer on behalf of the entire group. If the offer is accepted, your rental paperwork will be processed and the security deposit must be paid online within 48 hours.
Once the offer is accepted and the rental process is completed, you and your roommates will be legally responsible for the apartment for the upcoming lease term.
No Express Reservation?
If an apartment is not offered to your group before November 4, 2026, the standard waiting list procedures outlined above will apply.
