2026-2027 Rental Season Starts 8/27!
Dear Prospective Resident:
Thank you for your interest in The GN Associates Apartment Community. If you haven’t already, visit our Properties page to view our virtual tours and learn more about our boutique style apartment buildings. GN Associates is proud to present our legacy apartments conveniently located downtown, within walking distance to campus, close to restaurants and shopping.
Apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Follow the procedures below to be added to our waiting list and secure your apartment for 2026-2027:
Select apartment style(s) you and your friends would like to lease.
Each person in your group must complete and submit the Rental Application paperwork electronically to info@gnrealty.com. Please include the following in your email:
Top 3 apartment style choices
Names of all roommates in your group
If possible, please send all applications for your group in one submission.
Upon receipt of your rental applications, GN Associates will send a confirmation email that will include your number on the waiting list. Please make a note of this number. You will need your wait list number when inquiring about your apartment assignment status.
CONGRATULATIONS! YOU MADE THE WAITING LIST AND NOW YOU NEED TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING:
All apartments will be assigned no later than November 5, 2025.
If you withdraw your application before November 5, you are not obligated to move forward with leasing an apartment. Your withdrawal must be received in writing prior to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
If you remain on the waiting list after 5:00 PM on November 5, 2025, and one of your choices is available, your rental application will be processed and you must pay your security deposit online within 48 hours. You are legally bound to lease the apartment assigned to you.
EXPRESS RESERVATION MAY BE POSSIBLE:
If an apartment of your choice opens up prior to November 5, 2025, GN Associates will contact your group to present an offer. You will have 24 hours to accept or deny the offer and remain on the waiting list. One person may accept the offer on behalf of the entire group; upon which time your rental paperwork will be processed and your security deposit must be paid online within 48 hours. You and your roommates are legally responsible for the apartment for the upcoming lease term.
If there is no offer made prior to November 5, 2025 all waiting list procedures noted above will apply.
