When does my lease start?

If already a tenant or moving into an apartment with current tenant(s), your lease begins on August 12, 2025
If you are a new tenant, your lease begins on August 22, 2025

What time can I pick up my keys?

Check in is from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm both the 22nd & 23.
We ask that each apartment select a 2 hour window to move-in
- Contact the office to schedule your preferred move-in time

Where do I pick up my keys?

You will pick up your keys at the building you will be living in, except GN Centre
- GN Centre tenants will pick up their keys at GN Associates Rental Office on S. Burrowes Street

Do I need to bring anything with me to pick up my keys?

Yes, we ask that you bring a photo ID. This can be a driver’s license or student ID.

Can my parents pick up my keys if I am unable to make it due to another commitment?

Yes, however we will only issue the keys to the co-signer on the lease & they must also be prepared to show photo ID

Will carts be available to help us move in?

Yes, cart are available at each location and you will need a photo ID to sign out a cart
- GN Centre tenants can sign out carts from the GN office
